On Christmas Eve we reenacted the nativity with our little people nativity. . .

The Christmas Spirit

Wishing all our family and friends a wonderful Christmas and hope you all take the time to remember the true meaning for the season! We love you! Sorry to be so brief-trying to get everything together before we leave to UT.

We had a ward Christmas party and I did the children's nativity, meaning Saki was watching Mere, Glenn, and our friend Andrew and I was on the stage, so no photos :( Maybe I'll get some later from someone. It was a lovely party and the decor was beautiful and the kids did so great at their parts.

A friend of ours gives us clothes for Mere and Mere pulled this dress out and wanted to put it on, she loved the ruffles! Mere thought Santa was a snowman because of his hat, and I guess we talk more about snowmen than Santa, but she didn't cry on his lap :) Mom, she wore her green dress and looked soo cute!

1st Birthday Party

Some friends of ours asked their son who he wanted at his 6th birthday party: Andrew "that little girrrrl" mom "What little girl?" Andrew "Saki's little girl." So Mere got invited to her first birthday party! It was at Chuckie Cheese's too, and that was also a first. I think she's a little young for it all, but she did like the cars and games and being able to run around. She also liked the Christmas movie playing. Mere wanted to carry the gift (or rather drag it :) Sorry about the sideways photos...

Christmas is a coming, the geese are getting fat. . .

Well, once again Christmas is approaching much more rapidly than I would wish, only because I don't want the season to be over. Been busy with a ward activity and little nativity for our primary kids at church. Enjoyed the Christmas devotional, but will have to watch it again to hear it all without interruptions. Mere did like the music though.

No new photos, but Glenn will be 5 months tomorrow! He is a sweet angel baby, easy to calm and sleeps well in the mornings. We are very proud of Mere because we've been potty training for about 1 1/2 weeks and now she tells us when she needs to go and has remained dry all day! Even at church! I was impressed she even went potty in nursery! Hopefully we can keep this up with our upcoming trip to UT!
