Sunday Best

At church : ) Mere likes to grunt and squeal and never sits still unless she is in her stroller. She loves new people and children and made friends with a Hawaiian family in our ward who babysat her this week so Saki and I could have a date night-which we appreciate, though with one child we still enjoy the luxory of time together after 6 when she goes to bed. It's hard not to burn the candle at both ends though...but I can't get enough of hanging out with my Saki!



Meresiana is now 8 months old and likes to take steps when you are holding her hands. Above you can see the face she makes sometimes. She surprised us this week by pulling herself to standing when there's something short enough for her to pull up onto!




If you look closely you can see her bottom two teeth, she got a third top tooth this week too! She raises her eyebrows like Saki and her uncle Thomas. . .

Tima and Cara--I really wanted to get one of these dresses for Brenna and Emma last may but they only had one :(

7 1/2 months-this morning she finally had 2 little teeth poking through!

I like seeing people's houses--here's ours, at least some of it (with the couch cover I am holding in my birthday photo:) Yeah! The 2 bedrooms aren't much to look at yet. Mere's is more of a storage room. And yes we did clean up a little before taking photos :)

Here's our backyard--we could get grass, but then we would need a mower, and I want to do a little gardening too when it cools off. Not too big, but I like having the yard!!!!!!!

I know it can be disappointing to look at a blog and not see updates for a long time, I will now be updating my blog once a week on Sundays, thanks to all our readers-we love your comments and will try to be better at commenting back-we are enjoying your blogs too!!!
